When the Sloodle module needs upgraded, the upgrade function in this file is called. It will check the current version against each newer version where a database change was required, and carry out appropriate alterations.

• Note: this file is only supported by Moodle versions 1.7 and higher.
• Note: for Moodle versions 1.7 and 1.8, the upgrade function in this file is called after the database-specific upgrade function from mysql.php or postgres7.php, where available.
