<p>1. Once your account has been created, you have to download the world.<br />
2. If you haven’t already gotten to the download page from your email confirmation letter, you can go to <a rel="nofollow" class="external free" href="http://secondlife.com/community/downloads.php">http://secondlife.com/community/downloads.php</a><br />
3.Press the download button for the appropriate platform you are running (Windows, Mac, or Linux)<br />
4. Your computer will prompt you asking you if you would like to save the file, and you should click on “save file”<br />

5.After it is done downloading, open the folder and click on the hand symbol<br />
6.You will see a login screen. Login using your username and password that you set up during registration <br />

7. If there are any upgrades to Second Life, agree to install them now.<br />
8. Read and agree to the terms of service<br />
9. Read the terms of service and then press continue<br />
10. Now you are in Second Life Orientation Island<br />
